About the Pack
Cub Scout Pack 5 is a thriving co-ed pack for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade and their families. Most of us come from Overland Elementary and St. Timothy School, and neighborhood friends are welcome too. Dens meet twice a month at the Riddick Youth Center, across from Overland Elementary, and the whole Pack comes together six times a year at the Riddick Center or St. Timothy Parish Hall.
Our program runs all year: den meetings where same-grade Scouts work on skills and earn Adventures, a hike every month, three family camping trips, Pinewood Derby racing, the Memorial Day flag ceremony, community service, and more. One parent comes to every meeting and activity, siblings are welcome, and the Pack is 100% run by parent volunteers.

A note from the Cubmaster
We are so excited that you are considering having your family join Pack 5. The kids have fun, learn life skills, and get real service and leadership opportunities — and the parents build strong relationships and get to enjoy the adventures as well.
I am an Overland Elementary dad with three sons. The two older boys went all the way through our Cub Scout Pack and are in middle school now; my youngest is at Overland and loves being a Scout. We hope you join us for a great 2026–27!

Dens are grade-level groups that meet at the Riddick Youth Center. With help from their den leader, family, and the handbook, Scouts work on age-appropriate Adventures — each one earns a token, and completing all of the required Adventures earns that year's rank badge. One parent attends with their Scout; siblings welcome.
